Get to Know Hailey

Hailey Dunn endeavors to provide ardent service and sage legal advice to each and every client. 

Hailey has been practicing law across North Texas since 2018. Hailey's vast array of legal experience includes: consumer debt collection; consumer debt collection defense; evictions; personal wills; testate and intestate probate; powers of attorney; LLC formation; misdemeanor, state jail felony, and felony criminal defense; juvenile criminal defense; attorney ad litem appointments for guardianships and intestate probate; and civil small claims defense.

Hailey was raised in Rockwall and graduated from Rockwall Heath High School in 2010. Hailey received her Bachelor’s in Political Science from Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences at Southern Methodist University in 2014 and received her Juris Doctor from The University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in 2017. Hailey is a member of the Chickasaw Nation and a member of the Rock Wall chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR). Hailey is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
